1. Payment Method
We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment option. Since payment is made at your doorstep, refunds (if applicable) are issued through bank transfer or mobile wallet.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused.
- The packaging must be unopened and in its original condition.
- A valid order number must be provided.
Products that have been opened, tested, or used are not eligible for return.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, leaked, broken, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Photo(s) or video of the damaged/wrong item
- Photo of the packaging
- Order number
What happens next?
- Our team will review your proof.
- Once approved, we will send a free replacement of the same product.
- No additional charges will be applied for approved replacements.
Note: Refunds are not issued for damaged items — only replacements.
4. Return Process
To start a return:
- Email us at insiasorganics@gmail.com with the subject: “Return Request – Order #_____”.
- Include:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos/videos (if damaged)
- After approval, we will provide return shipping instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
- If the item is damaged/incorrect, we cover shipping.
- If the customer returns the item by choice, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
5. Refund for COD Orders
Because we offer Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued through:
- Bank account transfer, or
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa wallet
Refund will be processed only after:
- We receive the returned item
- It passes our quality check
- The return is approved
Refund Timeline: 3–7 business days after approval.
6. Exchanges
You may request an exchange for:
- Unopened items
- Wrong size/variation (if available)
- Product preference change
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days and depend on stock availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items damaged after delivery by the customer
- Clearance / Sale items marked “Non-Returnable”
- Products without original packaging
8. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and you must follow the return process.
